The History Awards, the annual gala hosted by the Hayward Area Historical Society (HAHS) to recognize individuals and organizations whose efforts preserve and nurture the vibrant past of the Greater Hayward community, was presented at Stonebrae Country Club on April 26. The celebration began at 5:30 p.m. with cocktails and sweeping sunset views of the bay. This year, five recipients were selected and were be honored at the event.

The Governor’s Office of Business and Economic Development (GO-Biz) and Bay Area Development Company are pleased to host a working lunch for small business owners interested in learning more about healthcare compliance, workforce training funds and resources to help grow your business.
