Kimberly Thompson, Cancer Exercise Trainer at the American College of Sport Medicine, will lead this free workshop series to teach:
-The difference between fatigue and cancer related fatigue (CRF)
-How to identify possible causes of CRF that required medical care
-How to track fatigue levels and prioritize daily living activities to boost stamina
-How exercise, yoga, and mindfullness can provide beneficial support for CRF
An individual coaching session will occur with each participant after the series is complete.
