DESCRIPTION:Join Redwood Canyon Golf Course\, Pollinator Posse & Ohlone Audubon Society at our 3rd Tees for Bees event. Redwood Canyon Golf Course was recently certified by Audubon International and we are working together to change our golf course from a solely recreational space to critically needed habitat for our local pollinator populations.\n\nLearn about how you can help to bring back these populations of important creatures which keep our open spaces thriving. Pollinator Posse and Ohlone Audubon Society will have educational tables and can answer your questions about which birds and pollinators live in the area\, what they need in order to survive and how the golf courses can become the answer to helping save them.\n\nYou can do your part by hitting seed balls with local wildflower seeds into the open spaces at the golf course. You will go home with knowledge that you can apply at your home also to create healthy habitat for bees and butterflies.
