For over 25 years Sontag Construction, Inc. has been providing residential framing and construction services to the San Francisco Bay Area and surrounding communities.
The company was founded by East Bay California native Peter Sontag in 1991 and has grown to include a variety of Green Certified construction services including rough framing, carpentry, concrete foundations, demolitions, decking, siding, and exterior finish work.
Today, after narrowing their expertise to mainly rough framing, Sontag Construction, Inc. is now the premier residential wood framing contractor in the East Bay.
The scope of our work varies from framing garden sheds to new multi-million dollar estate private estate residences. Whether you are a home owner, or a general contractor, if you planning any construction at an existing home or business, or have a new project, we can help you succeed.
